My location is wrong. How do I fix it?

If you are appearing on the Squirt.org Guys Grid in a different location than your actual location, there are a few possible solutions:

Check to ensure the City and Zip/Postal code listed in your Squirt.org profile are accurate.

If you are logged into a Secondary Profile, check to make sure the City and Zip/Postal code listed on that profile is also correct. Fan Club members are able to create Secondary Profiles, which can be set to a different location than your primary account.

Check if you are using a VPN
Some members may choose to browse Squirt.org while using a VPN. Disabling the VPN while browsing Squirt.org will update your location.

Alternatively, if you would like to keep the VPN on, follow these steps to update your location:

  1. Disable your browser's location permissions in the settings. Depending on your browser, you can find this by clicking on the icon to the left of your URL in the address bar, or by opening the menu in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on “Site Settings” or “Settings”
  3. If your Location Settings are set to “Ask” or “Allow”, change them to “Block” or “Don’t Allow”
  4. Lastly, double check the City and Zip/Postal code in your Squirt.org Profile are up-to-date.
  5. Log out of Squirt.org and log back in to update your location
