- On your mobile device Download the Squirt App from Google Play.
- Open the app and tap “Sign Up.”
- Enter the following required information:
- Username
Email address - Password
Date of birth - Agree that you are 18+
- Username

Check your email for your activation code.
- Click the link in the email — this will take you back into the app to complete your setup.
What if I don’t receive the activation code, or it’s not working?
- Tap the “Resend Code” option in the app to generate a new one.
Still having trouble?
- Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes our emails hide there. If that doesn’t work, try using a different email address.
- Need more help? Contact Us and we’ll get you sorted.
Finish Setting Up Your Profile
Once you activate your account, complete the initial setup by filling in the mandatory profile fields (just like on the web):
- Hometown
- Ethnicity
- Height and weight
- “I am”
- “I’m into”
Note: This info is required to make your profile visible and searchable.
Upload a Photo
- You must upload at least one photo to continue.
- You’ll be prompted to allow the app to access your photo library or camera.
- Select “Allow Access” otherwise you will not be able to proceed with photo upload.
- Your photo does not need to include your face, but it must meet the app’s photo guidelines (see photo guidelines for more info).
Enable Location
- You’ll be asked to turn on your device’s GPS so we can show you nearby guys.
- If you choose not to share your location, don’t worry — we’ll use your hometown instead to help connect you with guys in your area.
Allow Notifications
- You’ll now be prompted to allow push notifications.
- We highly recommend turning them on — it’s the best way to make sure you never miss a new message, cruising invite, or important update from us.
