To Contact Customer Support:
- Go to the main menu in the app located on the top left corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap on “Contact Support”
- From there, select your area of issue and you will be prompted to write a HelpDesk note explaining your issue.
- Click “Submit” and a representative will reach out to you for assistance.
