Why Can’t I Request Private Pics and Videos From Some Members?
The ‘Request Private Pics’ and ‘Request Private Videos’ options may be greyed out for some members because they have chosen not to receive Squirt Mail. Requests for private pics and videos are sent through Squirt Mail, so if a member has opted out of receiving mail messages, the request button will be inactive on their profile.
Can I still request private pics or videos from these members?
Yes! Even if the ‘Request Private Pics’ and the ‘Request Private Videos’ buttons are inactive, you can still reach out to the member through IM Chat. Simply send them a message expressing your interest, and they can decide to share their private pics or videos directly with you.
Is there a way to know if a member has Squirt Mail disabled?
Unfortunately, there is no explicit indicator that shows whether a member has disabled Squirt Mail. If you find that the ‘Request Private Pics’ and the ‘Request Private Videos’ buttons are greyed out, this is a good indication that they may not receive Squirt Mail.
