Colorado Safety Policy

Pink Triangle Press, the owner and operator of Squirt.org (the “Platform”), is committed to fostering a safe environment for all members. This Colorado safety policy outlines the measures we take to protect members and promote safer online and in-person experiences. If you live in Colorado, by using the Platform, you agree to adhere to this policy and help create a respectful, secure, and welcoming community.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The Platform prohibits content and conduct that threatens public or personal safety, including but not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation.

• Stalking, doxxing, or sharing another member’s personal information without consent.

• Non-consensual sexual acts or content, including explicit photos sent without consent.

• Exploitation, coercion, or blackmail.

• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

• Misconduct that violates local, state, or federal laws, such as:

  • Acts or threatened acts of homicide, assault, kidnapping, stalking, harassment, involuntary intoxication, robbery, or theft.

  • Any other behavior that endangers public or personal safety.

2. Criminal Background Screening

Pink Triangle Press does not currently conduct criminal background screenings of members. As a result, members are encouraged to exercise caution and prioritize their safety when interacting with others online and in person.

3. Identity and Age Verification

• During registration, the Platform requires all members to self-certify their age by checking a box confirming that they meet the age requirements outlined in the Terms of Service. This step ensures compliance with laws restricting access to adult content.

• Except where required by law, the Platform does not conduct additional age verification or identity checks beyond the self-certification process.

• Members are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information during registration.

• Pink Triangle Press encourages all members to exercise caution and vigilance when interacting with others, as the Platform cannot guarantee the accuracy of self-reported information.

4. Profile Suspension and Account Termination

• Suspensions: A member’s profile may be suspended if Pink Triangle Press receives reports of prohibited content or conduct committed by the member. Reports are reviewed promptly, and profiles may remain suspended during the investigation.

• Account Termination: If a report is substantiated or repeated violations occur, Pink Triangle Press reserves the right to permanently ban the member from the Platform. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to harassment, threats, or engaging in non-consensual activities.

5. Appeals Process

The Platform provides an appeals process for members and others impacted by moderation decisions or account actions. For detailed information about how to file an appeal, timelines, and review procedures, please see our Appeals Policy.

6. Notification to Members

When Pink Triangle Press receives a verified report of prohibited content or conduct, Pink Triangle Press may notify members who have interacted with the reported individual if the reported conduct involves:

• Non-consensual sexual acts or physical harm.

• Violent threats or harassment that could pose an ongoing safety risk.

Notifications are issued discreetly and without identifying the reporter.

7. Reporting Guidelines

Members can report prohibited content or conduct through the reporting tools available on the Platform or by contacting [e-mail]

When submitting a report, please include:

• Specific details about the incident, including screenshots or other relevant evidence, if available.

• Accurate and truthful information. Submitting false or malicious reports is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the reporting member’s account.

8. Non-Consensual Sexual Conduct

Pink Triangle Press prohibits and condemns any form of sexual conduct without consent. Engaging in non-consensual acts violates this policy, is against the law, and may result in criminal or civil liability.

Members in Colorado who experience sexual assault, domestic violence, or other crimes are encouraged to reach out to the following resources for support:

10. Safety Measures

The Platform has implemented the following safety measures to promote safer online and in-person experiences for members:

• Age Verification: The Platform requires members to self-certify their age by checking a box during registration to ensure they are 18 or older.

• Prohibited Content Monitoring: Pink Triangle Press proactively monitors content uploaded to the Platform for materials that violate our policies, including prohibited or unsafe content.

• Reporting Tools: Members can report inappropriate or unsafe behavior directly through the Platform or by contacting support. Detailed information on the reporting and complaints process is available in the Complaints Policy.

• Blocking Features: Members can block or mute others to manage their personal experience on the Platform.

• Discretion in Public Spaces: Pink Triangle Press encourages members to respect privacy, exercise caution, and follow local laws when engaging in cruising activities in public areas.
